Our Team

Carl A. Antonucci is the Controller of Newlin Investment Company and is responsible for all traditional roles of a corporate controller.

In 2011, concurrent with his position at Newlin Investment Company, he joined Black Dog Ventures as the Chief Financial Officer. Carl graduated from Robert Morris University in 1983 with a BSBA degree in Accounting. In 1984 he joined Touche Ross & Co., an international "Big 8" accounting firm and attained the level of Senior Accountant. In 1987, he accepted the position of Vice President of Finance at Petroclean, Inc., an environmental services contractor that works with Fortune 500 oil refiners and chemical companies.

In 1996 and for the next 15 years, he was the Director of Finance for BPU Investment Management, Inc., a full-service brokerage and investment advisory firm. He lives in Wexford, PA, with his wife, Dorothy, of 30+ years and he has two children, Teresa and Anthony.
